Dish Catering is owned by Jenny Parton and is one of Hawke’s Bays largest and most prominent catering companies.  Having started with modest aspirations from a small kitchen in Onekawa, Dish now caters for a wide variety of events ranging from functions at Church Road Winery, intimate dinner parties to such events as the Great Long Lunch in Napier for seated guests.

Jenny finds inspiration for her menus both the talented boutique food producers in Hawke’s Bay and the exotic flavours of the East.  Catering provides the challenge of producing dishes that people feel comfortable which yet offer a unique taste sensation at the same time.  She also feels that the visual first impression is of upmost importance and approaches the creation of her plates with this in mind.

While food is where it begins, Dish is also about the people.  The staff employed by Dish Catering pride themselves on 100% attention to detail and one on one personal service.  Many of the staff have been with the company since the very beginning and Jenny believes the core Dish philosophy is evident in these people, to exceed expectations every time, in everything we do.
